Congratulations go out to Sean Carney. On an abnormally hot November day he was able to battle over the last two miles to become the first Darby runner in history to make it on the podium twice! Sean ran 15:49 and went from 32 at the mile to finish 12th at the end of the 5000m course. Sean graduates as the only two time podium finisher, OCC Champion, District Champion, and school record holder in both the 5k and the 2M XC.
One of our great annual traditions is the end of season team time trial! Again this year we saw an incredible amount of PRs from the athletes who participated! For many athletes this was their first ever time breaking 5, 6, or 7 minutes in this event!  Congratulations to Sean Carney who became the first Darby OCC Champion on the boys side since Danny Reynolds in 2015! Sean covered the course in 15:45!
Jake Long also received all-OCC honors with his 15th place! -Darby Dash 2020 -

Jake Long, Collins Applegate, and Braden Bower are also in the top 25 in school history! 29 of the 33 Panthers who ran set a new PR in the 2M!
